Bolletje beschuit is a traditional Dutch breakfast rusk. Beschuit is eaten as a breakfast food with a variety of toppings, most commonly butter and sprinkles or cheese.

In the Netherlands it is also a tradition that "beschuit met muisjes" are eaten with the birth of a child. The muisjes are then in pink or blue.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, glucose syrup, yeast, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), emulsifiers (E433, E470a, soy lecithin), vegetable fiber (wheat, inulin), rye flour, whole grain oatmeal, free range eggs (0.4%), salt. Made in a bakery where other gluten, milk and sesame seeds are processed
